This is the General Terms Of Service (TOS) Agreement for ALL services provided by UNN.com. We (UNN) provide a number of different services including but not limited to: web marketing, web design, search engine optimization, social media marketing, custom site development, graphics, reputation management, and others.

Terms and Conditions are binding between UNN.com and YOU (A Paying Client) on the day when payment is made and noted in client’s account at UNN.com

UNN’s Duty

For all services of what is actually being performed by UNN, details are given clearly in text from the salespage before payment – checkout.

FEES

All fees and extra fees including subscription payments are clearly stated in salespage for each service.

All payments must be made in full prior to start of service unless otherwise clearly stated in the salespage or customized invoice by us to the client.

Guarantees & Refunds

What we provide is a service, once a service is performed regardless of results, all fees are non-refundable.

If you request a refund before a service is started, a full refund shall be given.

A partial refund may be given to client(s), if services cannot be performed, or if only a part of the service is completed. For work that is partially completed shall be partially refunded, we will charge a flat rate of $50/hour.

Any other guarantees of service will be clearly stated in salespage if any. You can always contact us for clarification or a particular service.

Client’s Duty

These are some of the client’s duty but not limited to: Permission to make changes for the purpose of optimization, and to communicate directly with any third parties, e.g., your web designer, if necessary.

Authorization to use client pictures, logos, trademarks, web site images, pamphlets, content, etc., for any use as deemed necessary. Permission to access data (i.e. analytics data) when needed to perform reports or other service.

You represent and warrant that you have and will continue to have the absolute and unrestricted right to publish and use all information you have provided for your advertising programs and that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party and that it complies with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

You may not commercially distribute, publish or exploit the Site, or any content, code, data or materials on the Site, unless you have received the express written prior permission from UNN staff.

Limitation Of Liability

THIS AGREEMENT BINDS YOU TO HOLD HARMLESS AND DEFEND UNN.COM, ITS PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, ASSOCIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS, OBLIGATIONS, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, BUT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY AND ANY OTHER FEES) ARISING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY THIRD PARTY RIGHTS OR LAWS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK LAW.

Some states do not allow the limitation of liability as described above, UNN.COM liability then shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00 USD).

Changes To Terms Of Service

UNN.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the Terms of Service will be effective when posted.

Before making any payments for service to UNN.com, you must agree to our terms of service.
